Atrium is led by Adam Shamchuk, a professional planner and development advisor with over 12 years of experience in land use planning and real estate development throughout Alberta. His background includes work in municipal government, private development, and consulting, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how projects move from policy to construction. Adam works closely with landowners, municipalities, and stakeholders to navigate approvals, rezonings, subdivisions, and statutory planning processes.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography from the University of Alberta and is a registered member of the Alberta Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners. He is also active in the community, serving on boards and committees focused on development, planning, and conservation.
